A DSS staff member completes a Client Profile Report and Recruiting Needs
Assessment on each client
to create a job-related, content-valid interview. This is a comprehensive interview
conducted by one of our professionally trained staff, which gains the vital
knowledge of an applicant's work
experience, abilities, personality and attitude.
The purpose of the interview is also to identify
the level of responsibility the applicant is capable of handling. In addition,
